The Town of Camillus Personnel Committee last night agreed to bring environmental attorney Virginia C. Robbins on board the fight to keep the planned Sediment Consolidation Area out of Wastebed 13.

Robbins would be charged with finding any holes in the DEC and Honeywell’s planning and development process which might allow the town to legally block the SCA from being built on Wastebed 13 on Airport Road.

The decision will go before the town board for vote at the Feb. 23 meeting.
