Onondaga Historical Association is soliciting artwork for its upcoming exhibit highlighting winter scenes throughout Onondaga County. Since its debut in 2013-2014, Snowy Splendor: Winter Scenes of Onondaga County has featured oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings, digital photographs and pastel drawings of winter scenes of Onondaga County from area artists and photographers.
The 2015-2016 exhibit featured 40 scenes from downtown Syracuse as well as local parks, rural vistas, and woodland settings. The exhibit is scheduled to open on November 20, 2016 and close on April 17, 2017.
The deadline for submitting entries to the 2016-2017 exhibit is Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016.
