To the editor:
According to the Cicero Justice Court, it is your constitutional right to feed nuisance wildlife. On Jan. 18 the Town of Cicero vs. Maurer dismissed my complaints against pigeon feeding stating it is a constitutional right even though Cicero Town Code (Article VI Chapter 58-20 and 25) prohibits feeding wildlife. So Cicero residents who feed feral cats, geese, ducks, foxes, pigeons and other wildlife continue to do so without fear of prosecution.
