To the editor:
This is to clarify the recordings of the Lysander Town Board meetings. PAC-B, TW 98 and Fios 30, has been recording the Lysander Board meetings for over 18 years. The playing of the meeting usually occurs the weekend following the meeting. It plays five times during the weekend. While it may be laborious to watch it as scheduled, for the convenience of the public, the meeting is on our web site, pacbtv.org, or on Lysander’s web site where you can watch it at your convenience, either only the portion you want to watch, or the entire meeting at times that fit your schedule. You can watch the whole meeting in one sitting or come back as many times as you wish to complete the meeting.
Both web sites act as your personal library. Presently, there are 36 Lysander meetings on pacbtv.org and 48 meetings at Lysander’s web site.
This way you can draw your own conclusions and not rely on somebody else’s interpretation (summary) of what was said or not said. You get an unbiased, word for word, no editing, as if you were there, copy of the meeting. By watching PAC-B’s recording, you not only can participate in democracy, you get to make your own decisions based on what you saw and heard!
