Senior Health Information Series : You C.A.N. Have Better Brain Health

C.A.N. stands for the three pillars of senior brain health: Cardiovascular, Academic and Nutritional health. For optimal mental performance, our brains must be well oxygenated, academically challenged and properly nourished. This class will focus on these three areas, and feature information on recreational opportunities in Onondaga County, online resources and guides on basic nutrition.
