CAZENOVIA — Harry Hausser is a 10th grader at Cazenovia High School. He has been selected as the Cazenovia Lions Club Student of the Month for September 2021. Harry is the son of Peter and Michelle Hausser of New Woodstock, NY.
Harry’s nomination, by Faculty Member Elise LaHart reads as follows:
“Harry is an invaluable member of the CCS community. Harry does well with his demanding academic schedule, including an AP class, and other upper-level classes. In addition to getting excellent grades, Harry is active in clubs around the school. In particular, Harry works with the athletic “C.L.A.S.S.” organization which is a group made up of both adults and students who promote student attendance at athletic events and positive school spirit and sportsmanship. Harry often donates his time to announce basketball games as part of his role with that club. As Harry’s yearbook advisor, I can attest to the fact that Harry is willing to do any club task we ask of him, often on a moment’s notice. He is the one taking photos at all sorts of school events and is willing to go at times that no other student will commit to. He is mature beyond his years and interacts well with both staff members and other students. He would be an excellent Lion’s Club Student of the Month choice!”
The Cazenovia Lions Club is proud to give the September Student of the Month award to Harry for excellent academics, donation of his talents, and great school spirit.
