In an effort to reach more parents, the Fayetteville-Manlius School District will be holding an April Parent Council meeting in the evening.
The 7 p.m. April 4 meeting will take place in the House I conference room of F-M High School, 8201 East Seneca Turnpike, Manlius. The meeting is designated as a “superintendent coffee,” an informal gathering to address any parent-generated concerns.
Parent Council is a forum where F-M parents and community members informally meet with the superintendent and other district staff to discuss topics relevant to the district’s students.
In addition to the April meeting, there are two other meetings scheduled for the remainder of the 2016-17 school year: 9 a.m. May 1, which will focus on the topic of the school budget; and 9 a.m. June 1, another superintendent coffee.
The May and June meetings will take place at the F-M District Office, 8199 E. Seneca Turnpike, Manlius.
