Naomi passed away Nov. 21, 2019 in Syracuse. She worked on the staff of Senators Martin Auer and Tarky Lombardi Jr.
She then was regional representative for Governor George Pataki.
She served as a town of Clay board member (1993 -2017) and a member of the building committee. She led efforts to reclaim, develop and revitalize the Three Rivers area. Naomi also served as Chair for the Clay Republican Committee for over 30 years. She was a board member for many prestigious not-for-profit organizations.
Naomi work tirelessly on behalf of the town of Clay. She was always willing to lend her vast knowledge and unlimited time whenever and wherever there was a need.
Namoi is predeceased by her husband Harry Bray; parents, George and Hazel Felton; brothers, Dean Felton & Gaylord Felton, and her sister, Joan Santoro.
A memorial service was held Dec. 8, ,2019. at Mauer Funeral Home.
