Arrow Bradley Hoag, 81, of Fenner, passed away Monday morning, April 25, 2016, at Crouse Community Center in Morrisville. She was born March 4, 1935, in Syracuse, a daughter to the late Charles G. and Helen Arrowsmith Bradley. Arrow graduated from Fayetteville Manlius High School and college in Vermont. She was a lifelong farmer selling the best sweet corn in Fenner. Arrow was a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, where she taught Sunday School. She also set up a summer church program for the children of migrant workers in the Chittenango area. Arrow was a member of the Farm Bureau and was a volunteer dispatcher for CAVAC.
She is survived by her companion, Lynn Vanderworken of Cazenovia; her children, Christina (Christopher) Schmidt and Douglas Hoag both of Arizona; two grandsons, CJ and Thomas; one sister-in-law, Barbara Bradley of North Carolina.
A memorial service was held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, May 1, at Michael E. Brown Funeral Services, 2333 Fenner Road, Cazenovia. There were no calling hours.
