Arrests:
Ryan D. Madore, 30, of Jamesville, was arrested on Jan. 2 and charged with assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon.
Mays R. Kiernan, 22, of Cazenovia, was arrested on Jan. 5 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Brent Esposito, 30, of Tully, was arrested on Jan. 5 and charged with operating a motor vehicle without inspection and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Daniel W. Breed, 53, was arrested on Jan. 7 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise.
Vicky L. Gaff, 53, of Brookfield, was arrested on Dec. 31 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
Shawnery J. Middleton, 43, of Cazenovia, was arrested on Jan. 5 and charged with reckless driving, speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation, unsafe movement of stopped motor vehicle, circumvention of interlock, moving from lane unsafely, changing lanes when hazard, failure to keep right, unlawful fleeing a police officer and failure to obey a police officer.
Janell Smith, 33, of New Hartford, N.Y., was arrested on Jan. 2 in Eaton and charged with false personation.
Skylinn A. Clemens, 21, of Canastota, was arrested on Jan. 2 in Lenox and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to use signal lights and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Daniel C. Filsinger, 22, of Canastota, was arrested on Jan. 5 in Sullivan and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle Driving while having blood alcohol level of .08 percent or greater, failure to keep right, drinking alcohol in motor vehicle and driving left on crest grade/curve.
Omelio M. Pugh, 22, of Munnsville, was arrested on Jan. 2 in Westmoreland, N.Y., and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree.
