Madison County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators concluded an investigation into alleged sales of drugs late last week with the arrest of Ian F. Hildebrand, 32, of Morrisville. It is alleged that Hildebrand was selling LSD.
Hildebrand was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree (D felonies) and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree (D felonies). Hildebrand was arraigned at Madison County Court and was released on his own recognizance.
Hildebrand is scheduled to return to Madison County Court on June 12 to answer charges
