John D. Hanley, 51, of Locke, N.Y. (currently in Cayuga County Jail), was arrested on Sept. 21 and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree – credit card.
David W. Mondore, 23, of Cazenovia, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with failure to appear.

Investigations:
Cazenovia police are investigating a reported larceny at Kinney Drugs on Albany Street that occurred on Sept. 29.

Arrests:
Rachel S. Crouch, 22, of Erieville, was arrested Sept. 21 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, controlled substance in non-original container, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and failed to stop at stop sign.
Emily E. Schug, 33, of Fenner, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlicensed driver and failure to notify DMV of address change.
