Michelle M. French, 56, of Cazenovia was arrested June 30 and charged with harassment in the second degree and acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17.
James Paul Doxtator-Miskis, 19, of Syracuse, was arrested July 4 on the execution of a warrant for his arrest.
