Edwin G. Capone, 59, of Cazenovia, was arrested June 7 and charged with suspended registration; he was also ticketed for a license plate violation.
Samantha E. Kimpel, 25, of Eaton, was arrested June 11 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and suspended registration; she was also ticketed for operating without insurance and no license.
