OTISCO — What fun Halloween can bring to a community! Otisco Lake Community Center was the place to be Saturday October 30th for the first annual Kids Halloween Party. Enjoying in the fun was the entire Woods family (from left to right : Jay 9. Dad Justin, Josslyn 9, Mom Jillian, Jackson 6 and back from a nap in the car, Jesse 2) each in a pirate costume!!
