FAIRMOUNT — The Fairmount Community Library is continuing to offer new and innovative programming throughout the month of May. In addition, we are committed to supporting parents who are home schooling their children with our free monthly homeschool curriculums for families in grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, First and Second Grades. Packets can be picked at the library located at 406 Chapel Drive in Syracuse. Families must register for curriculums, and most other programs online by visiting the library calendar at www.fairmountlibrary.org. Monday, May 3 to Friday, May 7 Create a Mother’s Day Bouquet in the FCL Learning Lab! Join Miss Jessica in the FCL Learning Lab all week as she shows you how to create a beautiful bouquet for Mom or Grandma using plastic cups. You’ll need some adult help so try to get someone other than mom to assist or make it a fun activity you can do along with mom. Saturday, May 8 at 2:00 PM Legos Live in the FCL Learning Lab! Join Miss Jessica’s New Lego Series LIVE for 5 sessions of Lego challenges with our special educational Lego kits. Registration is required and participants will be committing to our 5 Saturday Live sessions allowing all participants to join in on the challenges and fun.
