Marcellus Library to welcome Chef Julie Taboulie
On Thursday, Feb. 8, the Marcellus Library and The Friends Group warmly welcomes back Culinary Star, Julie Taboulie to her humble beginnings.
The “Queen of Lebanese Cuisine” will be returning to her modest roots and recognized for her wonderful work at the Marcellus Library to rejoice in The Friends Group 50-year celebration starting at 7 p.m.
Our cherished Celebrity Chef commenced her culinary career under the former Director, Carol Johnson, in the spring of 2009 that spanned over the course of five years. Julie along with her adored Mother, Hind Sageer VanDusen, affectionately adored to as “Mama” contributed tremendously to our programming, to our members, friends group, and our overall community throughout the years. Their time, talents and treasure chest of culinary instruction, information, and insights inspired us all.
The community is welcome to attend and meet with the chef who will also be hosting a tasting and signing her cookbook.
