State Police in Elbridge arrested Julie A. McGinn, age 43, from 16 Meadowbrook Drive in Auburn, NY for Grand Larceny 2nd degree, a class “C” felony.
McGinn, a former office manager for Empire Technical Associates in Skaneateles, is accused of writing unauthorized company checks from 2010 to May of 2016 totaling $82,329 to pay off her personal credit cards and cell phone bills. State Police were contacted by company executives in July 2016 after they discovered fraudulent company checks made to McGinn’s own personal accounts.
McGinn was arraigned in the Town of Skaneateles court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear back in court on October 19, 2016.
