Cazenovia — Five senior members of the Cazenovia High School boys lacrosse team last week announced their respective plans for where they plan to attend college and play college lacrosse. T.J. Connellan, Jake Lewis, Jake Stowell, Brenden Whalen and Derek White participated in a press conference, where they either made announcements or signed National Letters of Intent concerning their college plans.
The five student-athletes made their announcements in the Buckley Gym common area on Monday, Nov. 16, surrounded by their family, friends, teammates and lacrosse coaches.
•Connellan said he will attend Penn State University, where he will study business and play lacrosse for the Nittany Lions.
•Lewis said he will attend Cleveland State University, where he will study supply chain management and play lacrosse for the Vikings.
•Stowell said he will attend Hobart College, where he will study pre-med and play lacrosse for the Statesmen.
•Whalen said he will attend Robert Morris University, where he will study engineering and play lacrosse for the Colonials.
•White said he will attend Clarkson University, where he will study supply chain management and play lacrosse for the Golden Knights.
