The Lysander Town Board has appointed Scott Chatfield, Esq. as special counsel to handle Transfer of Development Rights contracts and other materials. While there isn’t a limit to how much the town will spend on Scott’s services, which come at a cost of $150 per hour, Supervisor John Salisbury said he didn’t think it would be a lot and will be within budget constraints.
