Timothy Casion, 25, of Davis Street, East Syracuse, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Christopher Dupra, 22, of South Central Avenue, Minoa, was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree criminal mischief. He was held on $10,000 bail.
Henry Neely, 23, of Smith Street, Manlius, was charged with second-degree attempted robbery and fourth-degree conspiracy.
