Republicans will sweep the 2012 Liverpool Village election on Tuesday, June 19.
How do we know?
All three incumbent candidates are running unopposed.
Village voters will cast their ballots from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, at the Village Hall, 310 Sycamore St.
Two trustees, Nick Kochan and Jim Rosier, are seeking re-election, as is Village Justice Anthony LaValle. All three are Republicans. When LaValle was first elected in 2008, he ran on his own independent line, the Resident’s Party.
The Village Republican Party officially nominated the three incumbents at an April 26 caucus.
There is presently no active Democratic Party organization in the village.
