Sara “Sally” Tallman will be the next village trustee in Marcellus.
Tallman took in 127 votes in the election. She’ll take the spot left open by trustee Mary Jo Paul.
Paul didn’t seek re-election because she is trying to gain a spot on the town board. In last fall’s election, she ended at a dead tie with incumbent Don Sherman. Sherman was then appointed to the board for a one-year term.
