Scott Richards, 35, of Syracuse, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and sixth-degree conspiracy.
Dec. 19
A 16-year-old Syracuse resident was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
Rayquan Shanes, 20, of Syracuse, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Dec. 21
Jacon Bratt, 20, of Liverpool, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Simeon Pagan, 21, of Syracuse, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Dec. 22
Tracy Simpson, 23, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.
Katrina Kelly, 33, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.
A 17-year-old West Genesee Street, Camillus resident was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. She was held in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

David Garbutt, 40, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Dec. 27
Sean Limpert, 18, of Fireside Lane, Camillus, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
