A Manlius man has been charged with possession of child porn.
Aaron VanDervoort, 21, of Washington Boulevard, was charged with possession a sexual performance by a child and endangering the welfare of a child, stemming from an incident with a 10-year-old victim, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
Police say they recovered child pornographic images from his personal computer. He was arraigned in the town of Clay court and remanded to the Justice Center in lieu of $7,500 cash or $15,000 bond.
The Abused Persons Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force made the arrest Tuesday, Dec. 27.
