Two DeRuyter students have been charged with third-degree burglary in connection to a larceny from DeRuyter Central Schools.
Caleb Lidell, 20, of Oil Mill Road, and Everett Marks, 19, of Kinney Road in New Woodstock, were both charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony.
Police allege that the pair broke into the district building in May, taking tools and a battery charger. State Police charged Lidell on Nov. 11 and subsequently charged Marks Nov. 17.
Both men were arraigned and released on their own recognizance, due to appear in court at a later date.
