Liverpool’s Emerald Equipment Systems hosts a Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament at noon on Sunday March 6, to benefit the Samaritan Center of Syracuse, 310 Montgomery St., downtown. The Center provides a hot, nutritious meal daily to those who are in need. The entry fee for Sunday’s tourney is $50, and multiple re-buys will be allowed. An estimated 30 percent of total entries will go into the prize pool. Chili and sandwiches will be served while the poker players stay hungry for bullets, cowboys and ladies.
