Assemblyman Will Barclay will be at the Baldwinsville Village Hall (16 Genesee St.) at 6:30 p.m. Thursday Oct. 7 to address any state issues, questions or concerns local residents may have, prior to the village board meeting, which begins at 7:30 p.m.
