Earlier this month Marcellus grandmother, musician and artist Ruth Ann Reagan was named a Top-20 Chef in Nightline’s People’s Platelist contest. Reagan was selected based on a letter written by her son, Tim. A brief video of Ruth Ann aired on ABC Thursday Aug. 26 and voting to choose America’s favorite local chef is now underway.
