The Baldwinsville Women’s Garden Club and representatives from Bartlett Tree Service helped cleanup Canal Park in Baldwinsville Saturday April 17 as part of this year’s Earth Day Canal Clean up. Mike Gorham of Bartlett Tree Service, which donates equipment to the effort, said the group had a great turnout and volunteers weeded, mulched and cleaned the park as arborists pruned the park’s trees. “These trees are in really good order,” he said.

Sean Miller, an arborist with Bartlett Tree Service, throws branches into the chipping machine. Miller also cut down one of the park’s large pine trees because it was diseased.
