Councilor Mary Frances Sabin, a member of the inter-municipal committee negotiating a 10-year contract with Verizon for the village of Baldwinsville and towns of Lysander and Van Buren, said there were two outstanding issues: legal language and clarifying Verizon’s commitment to Public Access Channel-Baldwinsville (PAC-B).
“We’re working as quickly as we can,” she said adding that Verizon has to match what Time Warner currently gives to PAC-B.
