Marcellus residents are encouraged to attend a public meeting to learn about the proposed Main Street project at 7 p.m. tonight, Tuesday Aug. 4, in the community room at the Marcellus Fire Barn.
The meeting will give residents the opportunity to learn about the proposed development and to ask questions of the village planning board members and representatives of teh Emanon Equities development team.
The project, which would be completed in two phases, would involve a mixed-use commercial and residential building along East Main Street in the village, and 30 to 35 townhouses in the property behind the streetfront building and along Nine Mile Creek.
