Celebrate an evening of “Diamonds and Denim” at the 6th Annual Bar-B-Cure Gala to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Central New York Chapter on Friday May 1 at the Imperial Ballroom at The Hotel Syracuse.
The event, slated to be a “rip roarin’ good time,” has a serious goal to raise funds for the foundation, whose mission is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research.
JDRF will honor the C&S Companies for the work it has done in the community and for its support of JDRF’s mission to finding a cure. Orrin MacMurray, chairman and CEO, and his wife Karen, will be accepting the award on behalf of the company and its dedicated employees.
Skaneateles resident Lucienne Cole-Dargan, executive director of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Central New York, recently visited C&S to announce the company will be honored at the JDRF Bar-B-Cure Gala.
Live music will be performed by Letizia and the Z Band and a live and silent auction will accompany the sit-down dinner.
Corporate and event sponsorships and advertising opportunities are available and offer numerous benefits/incentives to contributors. Sponsorship packets are available by calling the JDRF office at 453-9327.
