Moving to 4-2 on the season, the Liverpool boys swim team displayed its depth and versatility during last Tuesday night’s 102-80 victory over New Hartford.
To start the meet, Joe Hens, Cory Spado, James Walker and Kenny Byers got together for a winning time of 1:49.70 in the 200 medley relay.
Later in the meet, Spado earned first place in the 200 individual medley in 2:15.17. Byers needed 55.37 seconds to prevail in the 100 freestyle.
Ben Hanna was victorious in the 50 freestyle (23.52 seconds), just before Taylor Vogt earned 191.33 points on the diving board. Shane Donovan was first in the 500 freestyle (5:37.81) as David Glasser swam the 100 backstroke in 1:09.02.
To wrap up victory, Hanna, Walker, Cole Eldridge and Paul Telesca got together and, in the 200 freestyle relay, recorded a top time of 1:44.71. Liverpool takes on Rome Free Academy Thursday night.
