A special thank you to Assemblyman Bill Magee for listening to the concerns of recent New York State Fair changes and helping to influence and allow the tradition to continue.
The cost of milk was brought back to 25 cents from a proposed 50 cents per cup and the Shoppingtown shuttle to the fair which was to be eliminated was reinstated. The shuttle from Shoppingtown to the New York State Fair enables many from the east and south of Syracuse to attend, who would otherwise not venture out to enjoy this wonderful tradition. It will be especially exciting this year to see the recent changes and renovations at the fairgrounds.
Assemblyman Magee, I applaud your efforts and am thankful and grateful for this positive outcome. I am looking forward to visiting the New York State Fair this year. Thank you, again!
