To the editor:
As a longtime village of Liverpool resident, I am concerned about the upcoming referendum seeking to abolish our village court. The trustees’ referendum language is confusing. I’m told if I vote “yes,” then it means no court. This is very misleading and I’m concerned that other village residents will be misled. If you wish to keep our court, then just say “no” to the referendum come Election Day. A vote of “no” keeps your court. So just say “no!”
Thank you.
