Salina Library: Friday Crafternoon

Submitted by Monica Norton

Youth Services Librarian

New for 2020, Salina Library introduces a monthly crafting program for all ages. Our Friday Crafternoons are open to all ages — children, teens, and adults — with a variety of projects for multiple skill levels. Stop in to our community room between 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 17, for this drop-in program. This month, our craft will be pencil toppers — great for school, home, or office fun!

Closed for renovations

The library will be closed during the week of Jan. 18-24 for painting and re-carpeting. Watch for exciting changes in our building as we renovate the Children’s and Teen areas, and provide new convenient and relaxing areas for using our technology offerings, or for bringing your own!

Salina Library is located at 100 Belmont St. in Mattydale. To register for these fun, free programs, sign up through our website calendar at salinalibrary.org, call us at 315-454-4524, or stop by and ask any of our friendly staff for assistance.
