All students in grades nine through 12 living in the Baldwinsville school district are eligible to participate. Photographs of any size must be unframed and mounted on white or black 11-by-14 inch mount board. An 11-by-14 inch white or black mat (overlaid) may also be used if desired. There is a limit of two entries per person and they must be original and taken within the last year.
Registration forms with the rules and details are available at the Baldwinsville Public Library and its website, as well as the junior and high school libraries and photography classrooms.
There is a first prize of $100, second prize of $50, third prize of $25, three Judges Choice Awards and a People’s Choice Award (voted on by library patrons during the month of May) and a Darkroom Prize of $25.
