Comptroller David Rahrle presented the town of Lysander’s 2020 preliminary budget at the Nov. 7 meeting of the Lysander Town Board. The board will vote on the budget at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20. The town is on track to spend $402,075 more than in 2019 — an increase of 7.792% — but taxpayers in the village of Baldwinsville will see their tax bills go down. Outside the village, taxes will rise by 1.79%, or about $8 on a home worth $200,000.
