Zachary J Schnackenberg, 24, of Oneida, was arrested Dec. 7 in Oneida and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, criminal possession of an assault weapon in the third degree, and three counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third. Degree.
Shawn M Tennant, 33, of Taberg, was arrested Dec. 7 in Oriskany and charged with execute bench warrant.
John G Arnold, 50, of Canastota, was arrested Dec. 8 in Canastota and charged with execute bench warrant.
Jonathan A Stevens, 39, of Baldwinsville, was arrested Dec. 9 in Sullivan and charged with petit larceny, burglary in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, menacing in the second degree, conspiracy in the fourth degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
Dominic A Jones-Hardy, 30, of Oswego, was arrested Dec. 9 in Sullivan and charged with burglary in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, menacing in the second degree, conspiracy in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and petit larceny.

Raad A Mleiti, 18, of Cicero, was arrested Dec. 16 in Wampsville and charged with conspiracy in the fourth degree, assault in the third degree, petit larceny, and robbery in the second degree.
Angela M Beltran, 42, of Bouckville, was arrested Dec. 18 in Nelson and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a breath test, reckless driving, changing lanes when hazardous, moving from lane unsafely, failing to obey a traffic control device, and driving the wrong direction on a one-way street.
