The Cicero Police Department has released the following arrest reports for March 20 through April 5:
• Mohammed Alharbi, 24, of North Syracuse, was charged March 20 with aggravated unlicensed operation of motor vehicle (1st), DWI BAC > .08, DWI, reckless driving, disobey traffic control device, drove across hazard marking, unlawful fleeing police (3rd), failed to comply with lawful order, and unregistered motor vehicle.
• Javon Bentley, 18, of Syracuse, was charged March 30 with grand larceny (4th). Bentley was also arrested on a warrant.
• Kerry Cooke, 34, of Copenhagen, was arrested April 1 on a warrant.
• Chad Grinnell, 38, of Williamstown, was arrested April 1 on a warrant.
• Jeffrey Romanowicz, 33, of Bridgeport, was charged April 1 with moving from lane unsafely and aggravated unlicensed operation of motor vehicle (3rd).
