Arrests:
Aaron M Slocum, 20, of Cazenovia, was arrested Nov. 4 in Cazenovia and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree and harassment in the second degree.
Anthony S Paris, 32, of Fulton, was arrested Nov. 4 in Sullivan and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree and an equipment violation.
Kenneth J Randall, of Liverpool, was arrested Nov. 6 in Bridgeport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated.
Peter Aurthor Nichols Jr, 29, of Rome, was arrested Nov. 7 in Rome and charged with violating probation.
Danny W Britton Jr, 34, of Oneida, was arrested Nov. 9 in Wampsville and charged with rape in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Andrew Sheppard, 32, of Burlington Flatts, was arrested Nov. 9 in Morrisville and charged with disobeying a mandate of a court in the second degree.
Jonathan P Byrnes, 29, of Canastota, was arrested Nov. 11 in Oneida and charged with possessing contraband while in prison in the second degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Richard D Tennant Jr, 27, of Rome, was arrested Nov. 11 in Rome and charged with violating probation.
Robert S Hinckley, 27, of Durhamville, was arrested Nov. 11 in Wampsville and charged with violating probation.
Jennifer C Netzband, 33, of Munnsville, was arrested Nov. 12 in Wampsville and charged with welfare fraud in the fourth degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
