Arrests:
Louis W Martin, 44, of Bridgeport, was arrested Aug. 10 in Wampsville and charged with offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree, petit larceny, conspiracy in the fifth degree, and welfare fraud in the fifth degree.
Kelli Martin, 51, of Bridgeport, was arrested Aug. 10 in Wampsville and charged with offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree, conspiracy in the fifth degree, and petit larceny.
Shawn M Thurston, 24, of Pinehurst, North Carolina, was arrested Aug. 11 in Oneida and charged with criminal possession of narcotics in the third degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree.
Tracy P Henry, 54, of Munnsville, was arrested Aug. 12 in Wampsville and charged with menacing in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
Jimmy D Underwood, 30, of Canastota, was arrested Aug. 14 in Canastota and charged with disobeying a mandate of a court in the second degree.
Andrew C Sheppard, 32, of Burlington Flats, was arrested Aug. 14 in Leonardsville and charged with disobeying a mandate of a court in the second degree, and harassment in the second degree.
Kyle W Owens, 33, of Cazenovia, was arrested Aug. 14 in Wampsville and charged with violating probation.
Denise A Haller, 53, of Morrisville, was arrested Aug. 15 in Morrisville and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and menacing in the second degree.
Paul W Moller, 54, of Morrisville, was arrested Aug. 15 in Morrisville and charged with harassment in the second degree.
Robert M Kramer, 30, of Phoenix, was arrested Aug. 17 in Wampsville and charged with failing to appear in court.
Mitchell Aaserud, 31, of Auburn, was arrested Aug. 17 in Wampsville and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Dupree T Orr, 27, of Syracuse, was arrested Aug. 18 in Sullivan and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Nathan E Burgess Jr, 32, of Hubbardsville, was arrested Aug. 19 in Brookfield and charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Gregory D Janovsky, 25, of Oneida, was arrested Aug. 20 in Sullivan and charged with strangulation in the second degree.
Dakota L Baker, 23, of Chittenango, was arrested Aug. 21 in Canastota and charged with false personation, unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, a muffler exhaust system violation, and criminal impersonation in the second degree.
Cletus Nicholas Halpin Jr, 54, of Durhamville, was arrested Aug. 21 in Oneida and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision.
Drew J Chaltain, 28, of Chittenango, was arrested Aug. 23 in Chittenango and charged with violating probation.
