On Jan. 26, Brandon C. Pavlas, 26, of 7 Downer St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after an investigation into a physical, domestic incident on Downer Street where the victim was threatened while acting aggressive towards police. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Feb. 12.
On Jan. 27, Lisa M. Woodruff, 54, of 74 Candlewood Gardens, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony, third degree criminal mischief and second degree harassment after an investigation into damaging a victim’s property, and a threatening note left on the victim’s door, on Jan. 19 at Candlewood Garden Apartments. She turned herself in and was released on two appearance tickets. She was scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 12.
On Jan. 31, William A. Anderson, Jr., 35, of 231 Carbon St., Syracuse, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and uninspected motor vehicle. Jessica D. Fredette, 34, from the same address, was also arrested and charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both arrests resulted after a traffic stop on Syracuse Street for driving with an expired inspection sticker. Computer checks revealed Anderson’s driver’s license was suspended. His vehicle was towed. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court on Feb. 19.
On Feb. 2, Trevor J. Silvernail, 19, of 2791 Brickyard Road, Warners, was arrested and charged with two counts of petit larceny and fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property regarding two bench warrants issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Nov. 9, 2017. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Feb. 19.
On Feb. 4, Tyler J. Dhuy, 23, of 17 Athena Drive, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, unlawful possession of marijuana, and drove left of pavement markings when alcohol involvement was detected after a traffic stop on East Genesee Street for crossing the driving lane. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Feb. 19.
On Feb. 22, Jennifer R. Wheatley, 31, of 1336 Butternut St. Apt. 4, Syracuse, was arrested and charged with two counts of petit larceny, fifth degree conspiracy, and sixth degree conspiracy regarding two bench warrants issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Dec. 16. She was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on March 25.
On Feb. 22, Cecilia L. Vespa, 65, of 4936 Skyline Drive, Syracuse, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, and failure to obey traffic control device when alcohol involvement was detected after a traffic stop on Oswego Street for making an illegal turn. She was released to a third party to appear in court on March 11.
