Police Chief Michael Hayes encourages any residents with information concerning ongoing investigations or other crime tips to call the Cazenovia Police Department at 315-655-3276. Leave a message if an officer does not answer the phone. All calls and tips will remain confidential.
The Cazenovia Police Department would like to remind everyone that there is no overnight parking (2 a.m.-6 a.m.) on any public street, municipal lot or village park. If you are parked overnight-you will be issued a parking ticket.
During the colder months, if the plows or sanders are called out, your vehicle will be ticketed and towed at owner’s expense.
The Village of Cazenovia does offer paid permit parking at Riverside Drive. You can contact the Village Clerk at 315-655-3041 (ext. 2) for more details. The Village of Cazenovia Clerk’s Office is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Madison County Sheriff’s Office
Arrests:
Alexis A Dutcher, 25, of Sullivan, was arrested Oct. 7 in Syracuse and charged with failing to appear in court.
Nathan J Bedell, 25, of Canastota was arrested Oct. 8 in Chittenango and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Stephanie K Karuzas, 36, of Clinton, was arrested Oct. 9 in Eaton and charged with false personation, an equipment violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, and circumventing an ignition interlock device.
Elizabeth R Waldron, 35, of Durhamville, was arrested Oct. 10 in Sullivan and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Frank M Price Jr, 20, of Sherburne, was arrested Oct. 12 in Hamilton and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, using a leased/rented/loaned vehicle without interlock, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, aggravated DWI, changing lanes when hazardous, driving while intoxicated, and a speeding violation.
