Cazenovia Police Department

Arrests:

Thomas R Sevier, 34, of Cazenovia, was arrested Sept. 14 in Cazenovia and charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device, operating a motor vehicle without inspection, driving while intoxicated, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Brandon J Jennings, 25, of Syracuse, was arrested Sept. 12 in Cazenovia and charged with failing to appear in court.

Disobeyed traffic control device: 2

Driving while intoxicated: 1

Operating motor vehicle while registration is suspended/revoked: 1

Operating motor vehicle while using portable electric device: 1

Arrests:

David Jennings, 21, was arrested Sept. 9 in Wampsville and charged with petit larceny, welfare fraud in the fifth degree, and offering false instrument for filing in the first degree.

Joseph M Brown, 18, of Oneida, was arrested Sept. 10 in Wampsville and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Andrew L Snyder, 35, was arrested Sept. 10 in Canastota and charged with failing to appear in court.

Nicole M Torres, 25, of Kirkville, was arrested Sept. 11 in Kirkville and charged with violating probation.

Dennis C Cobb, 57, of Fabius, was arrested Sept. 13 in Chittenango and charged with trespassing and harassment in the second degree.

Steven W Ray, 45, of Canastota, was arrested Sept. 13 in Canastota and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree.

Charles E Kampf, 38, of Oneida, was arrested Sept. 14 in Oneida and charged with an unspecified violation of family court.

Clifford J Congdon, 40, of Canastota, was arrested Sept. 14 in Canastota and charged with operating a motor vehicle without stop lamps, operating a motor vehicle with broken glass, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and execute bench warrant.
