Kodi Naplitano, 24, of Syracuse, was arrested April 29 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.

Michael Grant, 20, of DeWitt, was arrested April 29 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a DWI first offense and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.

Nicholas D’Onofrio, 62, of Big Pine Key, FL, was arrested April 29 on an arrest warrant as a fugitive from justice.

Tony Sabbagh, 44, of Syracuse, was arrested April 28 and charged with petit larceny.

A 17-year-old, of East Syracuse, was arrested April 28 and charged with menacing in the third degree, trespassing and harassment in the second degree.

A 16-year-old, of Mexico, NY, was arrested April 27 and charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree, conspiracy in the fifth degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Joshua Simko, 19, of Mexico, NY, was arrested April 27 and charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree, conspiracy in the fifth degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Keisha Stoughtenger, 20, of Central Square, was arrested April 27 and charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree, conspiracy in the fifth degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Kendra Jones, 25, of Syracuse, was arrested April 27 and charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree, conspiracy in the third degree, menacing in the fourth degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Bo Jensen, 43, of Forest View Lane, Minoa, was arrested May 3 and charged with a DWI, a DWI with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent and unsafe lane change.

Christopher M. Seamans, 38, of James Street, East Syracuse, was arrested May 3 and charged with inadequate headlights, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

Patrick S. Garcia, 24, of Avery Avenue, Syracuse, was arrested May 2 and charged with fleeing in the third degree, a DWI, a common law DWI, reckless driving, failure to stop at stop sign, an unsafe turn, speeding and driving left of pavement marker.

Ashley E. Marino, 21, of E. Genesee Street, Chittenango, was arrested April 30 and charged with a common law DWI, a DWI with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent, speeding over the state limit, failure to stop at stop sign and failure to keep right.

Parker J. Gallo, 31, of Candy Lane, Manlius, was arrested April 30 and charged with a common law DWI, an aggravated DWI and speeding.

Daniel A. Szesnat III, 36, of Highbridge Street, Fayetteville, was arrested April 29 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jules Wah, 31, of Hickory Street, Syracuse, was arrested April 28 and charged with a common law DWI, an aggravated DWI and failure to stop at stop sign.

Kevin P. Dahlin, 32, of Minoa-Bridgeport Road, East Syracuse, was arrested April 27 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and driving on the shoulder of the road.

Neal M. Allen, 25, of Bellevue Avenue, Syracuse, was arrested April 27 on a bench warrant.

Chester T. Hammond, 40, of Woodbox Road, Manlius, was arrested April 27 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.

Matthew R. McCarthy, 22, of John Street, Fayetteville, was arrested April 26 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and driving with a portable electric device.
