Tyler M. Massett, 32, of Erieville, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while having a blood alcohol content of .08 percent of higher and failure to keep right.
Madison County Sheriff’s Office
Arrests:
Maria V. Borell, 33, of Erieville, was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with issuing a bad check.
Ronald H. Barber, 26, of Erieville, was arrested Jan. 4 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motot vehicle in the third degree, unlicensed driver and equipment violation.
