Chelsea M. Williams, 46, of Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with failure to appear in court.
Gillian Morgan, 26, of Morris, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with failure to appear in court.

Michael J. Gage, 30, of Cazenovia had a bench warrant issued for his arrest on Oct. 19 for failure to appear in court. The original charge against him was providing a false written statement.
Sullivan Wunderlich, 21, of Tully, had a bench warrant issued for his arrest on Oct. 18 for failure to appear in court. The original charges against him were aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, inadequate muffler and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
