SU grad student from B’ville to appear on ‘Jeopardy!’

Ashley O’Mara of Baldwinsville is competing on on “America’s Favorite Quiz Show” — “Jeopardy!”

A Ph.D. candidate in English in the College of Arts and Sciences at Syracuse University, O’Mara will appear on the March 12 episode of “Jeopardy!”

The episode airs at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 12, on WSYT Fox-68. While Fox is not available on Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable), Fox-68 is on Verizon FiOS channels 8 SD and 508 HD.

The Fox-68 website offers instructions on how to watch the channel with a TV antenna.

With 23 million viewers each week, “Jeopardy!” is the top-rated quiz show on television, and has won several awards and distinctions over the course of its 30+ years on the air, including the 2017 Emmy for Outstanding Game Show.
